An event every week that begins at 10:00 am on Wednesday, repeating until October 16, 2024
ADULT'S ONLY
Beginner Group pottery classes consist of SIX (2.5) hour long classes. The maximum number of students is six. A small class setting allows for more one on one instruction time. Beginners will learn the basics of pottery. Including the following:
- Wedging clay
- Centering clay
- Opening up clay
- Creating floor
- Pulling walls
- Shaping
- Finishing- Trimming
- Glazing
- Students will create 2 mugs with handles and 2 bowls
- Fired pieces will be ready in 4-6 weeks.
PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN TOWEL AND APRON. Ages 16 and up.
Space is limited, only 6 students per session. Supplies are included.
